Job Description & Requirements

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Deploy and adapt the Retail strategy in Singapore for Skincare & Haircare, operationally supervise commercial activities of each brand ensuring consistency with the sales and marketing strategies, and on daily basis Beauty Advisors management and overall store day-to-day operations .

DETAILED MISSIONS

Beauty advisors Management

• Assist to coach, counsel, monitor and discipline employees to improve job results
• Manage and lead the retail team members to ensure they achieve desired outcomes and sales target while making sure promotions, inventory and stocks level are respected
• Cycle meeting organization

Sales follow up

• Planning and implementation of goals/ambitions for field force aiming at consistently driving sales volume and achieving store sales targets.
• Counters performance follow up and incentive scheme to set up for commission calculation
• Assist the Commercial Director to achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

Point of sales promotions/Merchandising

• Active participation in the Sales and Operational execution process, including implementing, at store level, the sales and marketing plan.
• Ensure availability of merchandise and services by co-operating with sales and marketing team
• Working closely with the Key Account Manager and Merchandising team to provide feedback on promotions, campaigns and retailers sales and activities
• Assuring with Ba’s planogram, stocks levels

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Diploma or Degree holder in Business or related discipline
• 8 years of experience in cosmetics retail / FMCG industry, supervisory experience in retail chain stores operation is a must
• Strong business acumen and effective problem solving skill
• Aggressive, result-oriented, good interpersonal and people management skill
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese
