SALES & EVENT DIRECTOR

Position Overview:

As the Sales & Event Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and managing all aspects of event planning and execution. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and enhance our reputation for delivering outstanding events. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cultivating relationships with prospective clients and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and materials.
• Oversee the entire event planning process, from concept development and budgeting to execution and post-event evaluation.
• Ensure seamless coordination of all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and attendee registration.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales and event processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a passion for delivering unique and memorable event experiences.
• Proficiency in sales and event management software/tools is a plus.
