Senior Officer (Marketing), Public Education

1 year Contract under Public Education

Location: West

Working hours: Mon – Thurs: 8.30am to 5.45pm, Fri: 8.30am to 5.15pm (Hybrid WFH Option available)

Job Responsibilities:

This position oversees marketing, branding, and publicity to both internal and external stakeholders using various platforms. It ensures the alignment of organisation's image with its mission, vision, and values. The position also manages and plans corporate events and visits, ensuring positive brand experience amongst guests and visitors.

The responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

1.Build and manage organisation's brand identity and reputation

• Enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistent use of the organisation identity across all channels and touchpoints.
• Continuously review and refinement of brand management strategies to ensure that the brand remains relevant.
• Produce marketing and publicity assets both above and below the line.

2. Manage the corporate website as business lead

• Oversee the management of the corporate website.
• Develop strategies that would align key messages in line with the roadmap to ensure currency and relevance of content.

Looking for:

• Singaporeans only
• Min. Degree holder Marketing, Communications, or in any relevant field of study
• Prior 3 years' experience in Marketing Communications will be advantageous
• Strong attention to details in presenting high quality marketing and communications content
• Experience in PR, branding, marketing, content production or media relations will be an advantage
• High-level of written and oral communication skills and strong networking skills
• Proven experience in partner/event management, working with diverse teams to achieve objectives
