3. Recommend suitable financial products and solutions, including insurance, investment-linked plans, savings, and retirement solutions.
4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
5. Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
6. Review clients' financial portfolios regularly and provide ongoing advisory services.
7. Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
8. Ensure all recommendations comply with regulatory and company guidelines.
9. Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
2. Prior experience in financial advisory, banking, insurance, wealth management, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills.
5. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
