Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Paraplanner to provide comprehensive support to our team. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks and financial analysis, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze financial data effectively.
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Analysis and Research:
• Conduct analysis and research on insurance products, investment options, and financial strategies.
• Assist in developing customized financial plans and recommendations for clients based on their needs and goals.
• Utilize financial planning software and tools to create projections, evaluate scenarios, and analyze client data.
• Collaborate with the Financial Advisor to review client portfolios, monitor performance, and make adjustments as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting insurance and financial services.
2. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
• Gather necessary information from clients to facilitate the financial planning process and address their concerns.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding policy updates, account changes, and other relevant information.
• Assist in organizing client events, workshops, and seminars to promote financial education and engagement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Knowledge of insurance products, investment vehicles, and financial planning concepts.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
