Financial Advisory Partner (Understudy / Track to Co-Founder)

Responsibilities:

1. Build and manage a portfolio of clients, guiding them through investment-linked and insurance solutions tailored to their life goals
2. Run your practice like a business: prospect, pitch, close, and retain, with full ownership of your income and growth trajectory.
3. Develop and execute your own client acquisition strategy across referrals, social media, and network expansion.
4. Provide ongoing portfolio reviews and market updates that keep clients engaged for the long haul, not just at point of sale.
5. For those with leadership ambition: recruit, train, and mentor your own team of consultants, building a business within the business.

1. Driven, coachable, hungry for money and growth
2. Comfortable with a commission-based, performance-driven income structure
3. Strong communication skills confident having real conversations about money, risk, and people's futures.
