Wealth Solutions Consultant (Training Provided) | Client-Facing Role

About the Role

HSBC Life is growing our wealth advisory team and we’re inviting motivated individuals (fresh grads / career switchers) to join our structured Management Trainee pathway. You’ll receive training, mentorship, and hands-on exposure to client advisory work.

What You’ll Do

1. Learn how to conduct wealth & investment advisory conversations (protected under training & supervision)
2. Support client reviews and updates on market movements
3. Attend product and investment learning sessions with leading fund partners
4. Build client relationships through referrals, events, and warm outreach

What We Look For

1. Strong communication and willingness to learn
2. Coachable, consistent, and goal-driven
3. Comfortable with a client-facing environment
4. Singaporeans/PRs (if applicable)

Training & Support

1. Company-sponsored licensing/certification pathway (terms apply)
2. Structured onboarding + weekly coaching
3. Mentorship by experienced leaders

Compensation
