💼 The Offer

• Salary Budget: $5,500 – $7,500 per month (commensurate with experience)

• Working Location: 457 JAI / Mobile (A dynamic, on-the-go role!)

🎯 What You Will Do

• Oversee the business development and end-to-end setup of our new catering operations.

• Proactively seek out, evaluate, and secure lucrative catering prospects.

• Formulate innovative catering solutions and prepare compelling proposals for clients.

• Engage closely with clients and key accounts to cultivate strong, lasting relationships.

• Take charge of outlet setups, managing everything from spatial design and renovation to equipment sourcing and process implementation.

• Work seamlessly with the catering operations and central kitchen teams to ensure flawless daily execution.

• Tackle ad-hoc projects and duties assigned by management to support broader business objectives.

📋 Who You Are

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the F&B or Catering industry.

• Highly familiar with the local catering landscape and possess established connections with key accounts.

• Have an intimate knowledge and understanding of institutional catering and overall F&B operations.

• Boast excellent writing and presentation skills, allowing you to effectively pitch proposals to stakeholders.

• Proven, practical experience in physically setting up catering or F&B operations from scratch.
