Area Manager (F&B / Foodcourt / Class 3 License)

Van provided, class 3 license required, able to drive home

Compensation package: Basic + KPI up to 5k+ gross salary

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

• Maintain consistent service quality and operational standards at all locations.

• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.

• Lead, coach, and motivate store managers and their teams to achieve excellence.

• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

• Manage budgets, inventory, and resources efficiently.

• Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

• Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and overall store performance.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing multiple outlets, preferably in F&B or retail.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to analyze data to drive performance improvements.

• Flexibility to travel between outlets and work on weekends/public holidays.

• Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset.
