Area Manager – Kebabs Faktory

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of restaurant managers to ensure operational efficiency, exceptional customer service, and adherence to company standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction across all locations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to restaurant managers and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee development.
• Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out new initiatives, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Serve as a liaison between corporate headquarters and individual locations, communicating company policies, procedures, and expectations effectively.
• Ensure efficient inventory management, supply chain operations, and cost control measures are in place.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in multi-unit management within the fast food or restaurant industry is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of driving results and motivating teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
