Job Summary

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning, deliver attentive customer service, maintain stock levels, implement sales improvement strategies, and support administrative tasks to contribute to overall store success.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations to maintain efficient and effective functioning
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide tailored product recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock to maintain adequate product availability
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve sales performance
• Execute assigned administrative tasks to support store management and organization

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in the retail industry, such as working in a bookstore or supermarket, is an advantage

Other Information

• Work schedule: 6 days per week, 44 hours weekly, including weekends
