Job Description - Assistant manager

  1. Able to work under pressure and be able to communicate will with staff and customers. Must follow company culture.
  2. Presentable and able to upsell and do customer recovery when needed.
  1. Able to use POS machine to take orders.
  2. Able to track and take stock orders.
  3. Support staff and train staff so as to follow appropriate SOP depending on situation.
  4. Ensure that food and stock hygiene is done daily as shop cleanliness is important.
  5. Able to control and organise, large groups if they do pre booking and have pre orders.
