BAKER

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake bread, buns, pastries and other baked products according to company recipes.
• Measure, mix, proof, shape and bake dough while maintaining consistent quality.
• Monitor baking temperatures and product appearance to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery, equipment and work area.
• Check ingredient inventory and report shortages.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety regulations.
• Assist in developing seasonal or new bakery products when required.
• Support daily bakery operations and work closely with the kitchen team.

Requirements:

• Able to prepare a variety of breads and baked products independently.
• Knowledge of dough fermentation, baking techniques and food hygiene practices.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Good teamwork and time management skills.
