Experience: At least two years of hands-on bread baking experience, able to work independently, and familiar with the entire bread-making process; prior bakery/factory experience preferred.
Language: Fluent in English and Malay preferred, basic Chinese proficiency is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
Mixing, dividing, kneading, fermenting, shaping, and baking various European/soft breads, toasts, and dinner rolls.
Weighing, proportioning, and preparing ingredients daily, ensuring consistent bread texture and quality.
Daily cleaning of baking equipment, maintaining cleanliness of work surfaces and the storeroom, adhering to Singapore food hygiene regulations.
Assisting with store inventory and raw material stocking, and completing other baking-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Able to work shifts, hardworking, obedient to management, and compliant with store dress and appearance regulations.
Good health, free from infectious diseases.
