If you love baking both bread and cakes! Good Luck Bagels is a new bakery in Singapore specialising in handcrafted bagels, artisan bakes, heritage-inspired cakes and quality coffee.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Bakery Operations Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to learn every aspect of running a modern bakery.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Bakery Operations Assistant, you'll support both our kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

🥯 Bakery Production Support

• Assist with preparing ingredients and daily mise en place
• Portion, shape and prepare bagels and baked goods
• Support bread and pastry production under the guidance of our chefs
• Prepare toppings, fillings and simple pastry items
• Package baked goods for retail display and customer orders

🎂 Pastry & Kitchen Support

• Assist with cakes, desserts and seasonal products
• Prepare simple fillings and garnishes
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations
• Wash baking trays, utensils and equipment

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

✔ Positive and willing to learn

✔ Reliable and punctual

✔ Enjoys working as part of a team

✔ Comfortable working in both kitchen and customer service

✔ Able to work in a fast-paced environment

✔ Physically fit and comfortable standing for long periods

✔ Passionate about baking and food

No experience? That's okay! A good attitude and willingness to learn matter more to us. Training will be provided.
