Banquet Manager / Assistant Banquet Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all banquet & event operations toensure successful execution and exceptional guest experiences
• Review banquet event orders and coordinate with relevant departments toensure event readiness
• Supervise banquet setup, service, and breakdown while maintainingcompany service and presentation standards
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the banquet team to deliver professionaland efficient service
• Monitor food and beverage quality, service delivery, and guestsatisfaction, resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Ensure banquet facilities, equipment, and inventory are maintained, organized,and ready for all events
• Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, company policiesand procedures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating eventperformance and implementing service enhancements
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned bythe Company

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, planning and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple events effectively
• Knowledge of banquet operations, food safety, hygiene standards, labor scheduling, and cost control
• Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
• Able to work on weekends & public holidays
• Have initiative and hardworking with positive attitude to learn and contribute
