What You'll Be Doing:

• Captain of the Cocktail Ship: You’re steering the bar to greatness! From managing operations to crafting new signature drinks, you’re the leader of the pack, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience.
• Inventory Overlord: No more 86 moments on your watch. You’ll manage stock, place orders, and keep the bar fully supplied with all the good stuff.
• Guest Happiness Hero: You’ll keep the energy high and the guests happy. Any issue that arises? You’ll handle it with charm and finesse, leaving everyone smiling.
• Team Motivator: Lead your team by example, making sure everyone on the bar team is working like a well-oiled machine while keeping the vibe positive and fun.
• Compliance Champion: Ensure that all alcohol regulations, health codes, and safety procedures are strictly followed—because nobody likes to mix a cocktail with chaos.
• Cleanliness Commander: A clean bar is a happy bar. You’ll lead by example, making sure the bar area is spotless, organized, and ready for action.
• Problem-Solving Ninja: If a problem pops up, you’ll tackle it head-on with a smile and a solution. Quick fixes and smooth shifts are your thing!

What We Are Looking For: 

• Minimum 5 years of bar or outlet management experience in a high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills
• Warm personality and a natural ability to interact with people and create an upbeat, fun atmosphere
• Willingness to manage multiple outlets
