Beverage Preparation & Service
● Prepare and serve espresso-based coffee, specialty brews, and other beverages to a consistent quality standard.
● Operate, calibrate, and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
● Ensure timely and efficient beverage service during peak operating hours.
● Carry out daily opening and closing procedures for the beverage station.
● Maintain an organised, clean, and hygienic beverage preparation area.
● Deliver attentive, friendly customer service and build rapport with regular guests.
Menu &Product Development
● Participate in the development of CBB's specialty coffee and beverage menu.
● Contribute to recipe standardisation, seasonal drink trials, and High Tea beverage pairings.
● Monitor ingredient usage and wastage, recommending cost-saving initiatives.
● Support sourcing and evaluation of coffee beans, milk, and other beverage supplies.
Standards& Team Support
● Ensure compliance with food and beverage hygiene and safety regulations.
● Follow company SOPs for beverage preparation and station upkeep.
● Assist with onboarding and training of new FOH team members on beverage standards.
● Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the FOH team.
● Perform any other duties assigned by the Head Chef.
