Barista & Roaster

We are looking for passionate coffee professionals to join Tag Espresso and help us craft exceptional coffee experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso-based drinks, pour-over, and daily beverage menu

• Maintain high-quality customer service and café operations

• Participate in roasting, cupping, and flavor profile adjustments (Roaster role)

Maintain cleanliness and equipment care

• Assist in training new team members

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of barista or roasting experience preferred

• Familiar with espresso extraction and pour-over techniques

• Strong cupping and sensory skills

• Fluent in both English and Chinese

• Passionate, reliable, detail-oriented
