Barista (Central)

Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join a dynamic café team. If you enjoy crafting quality coffee, delivering exceptional customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light food items to consistently high standards.
• Deliver warm, friendly, and attentive customer service while creating a welcoming café experience.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, barista station, and equipment.
• Ensure beverage quality, presentation, and food safety standards are met at all times.
• Replenish stock and support smooth daily operations.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
• Follow company policies, hygiene, health, and safety procedures.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a café/F&B environment.
• Knowledge of espresso-based coffee preparation and beverage service.
• Friendly, customer-focused, and able to communicate effectively.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and a strong team player.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

📍 Location: Central

🕒 Work Hours: 5 days work week (shift work required)

💰 Salary: Up to $2,600
