Barista / Service Crew

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required.
• Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and portioning.
• Ensure the coffee bar, equipment, and workstations are clean, organised, and fully stocked.
• Perform daily opening, closing, and cleaning duties, including routine maintenance of coffee equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory, replenishment, and stock rotation.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service or café environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of espresso-based coffee preparation and milk texturing is an advantage.
• Passion for coffee and delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organised in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well as part of a team.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
