What You'll Be Doing

🍹 Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages

🍸 Crafting classic cocktails and signature drinks with consistency and flair

😊 Delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences

📦 Managing bar inventory, stock levels, and ordering requirements

✨ Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the bar area

🤝 Collaborating with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations

🎉 Supporting special events, private functions, and themed nights

What We're Looking For

✔ Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, lounge, or hospitality venue

✔ A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality

✔ Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service

✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills

✔ Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
