Bartender

Responsibilities:

·      Prepare and serve a widerange of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, spirits, andspecialty drinks.

·      Ensure all beverages are prepared according to recipes, presentation standards, and quality requirements.

·      Monitor and maintain adequate bar inventory, including stock levels, garnishes, and operating supplies.

·      Verify guests’ age when required and ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with regulations.

·      Provide beverage recommendations and promote featured drinks, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience.

·      Conduct regular stock checks, manage inventory usage, and minimise beverage wastage.

·      Maintain compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and liquor licensing requirements.

·      Collaborate closely with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements:

·      Prior experience in F&B, bar operations, hotel is preferred.

·      Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.

·      Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

·      Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a sense of responsibility.

·      Good communication and customer service skills with a guest-focused mindset.

·      Training will be provided for suitable candidates.

·      Willingness to work on weekend and public holidays as required.
