Bartender (Central)

Our client is looking for an experienced and service-oriented Bartender to join a dynamic hospitality team. If you are passionate about creating quality beverages, providing excellent guest experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to consistently high standards.
• Mix, garnish, and present cocktails and drinks according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive service while engaging guests and providing beverage recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels of the bar throughout service.
• Prepare garnishes, ingredients, and mise en place to support smooth daily operations.
• Process orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Adhere to food hygiene, workplace safety, and company policies at all times.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of bartending or Food & Beverage experience in a restaurant, bar, hotel, or similar hospitality environment.
• Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage preparation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, well-groomed, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

📍 Location: Central

🕒 Work Hours: 5 days work week (shift work required)

💰 Salary: Up to $2,600
