Job Description:
Volks is a specialty coffee, matcha and cocktail bar located at One Raffles Quay, serving the CBD crowd from day into night. We're looking for a full-time bartender to join our night shift team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to a high standard
• Manage bar stock, inventory, and cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with food and hygiene safety standards
• Deliver excellent guest service during evening/night service
• Support opening/closing duties as needed

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience as a bartender or in F&B service preferred
• Comfortable working evening/night shifts
• Positive, guest-focused attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• WSQ Food Hygiene certification an advantage
• Team player with good communication skills

Working Hours: Evening/night shift, approx. 4pm – close
