Job Summary

Join a new cocktail bar at Liang Seah Street, delivering guest-first hospitality through bartending, hosting, and floor service in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks accurately to meet guest preferences
• Host and engage guests warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Manage food and floor service efficiently to ensure smooth operations
• Support events by contributing to a lively and enjoyable environment
• Deliver thoughtful, guest-first hospitality during every shift
• Rotate weekly through roles including hosting, bartending, and floor leadership
• Collaborate closely with company founders to learn and grow professionally
• Foster a team culture of support, shared responsibility, and positive attitude

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Food Hygiene Certificate as a mandatory requirement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate confident communication skills with strong command of English
• Exhibit a warm, outgoing, and personable demeanor
• Show a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Maintain a guest-first mentality and natural hospitality approach
• Adapt comfortably to fast-paced environments and late-night shifts

Working Hours

Remuneration Package

• Salary range: $2,400-$3,300 based on experience
