Position: Service Crew

What You’ll Do

🍗 Deliver Excellent Customer Service

• Welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Take orders accurately and serve food efficiently.
• Assist customers with requests and provide a pleasant dining experience.

🧾 Handle Orders Efficiently

• Operate POS system for ordering and payment processing.
• Ensure food and drinks are served correctly and on time.
• Assist with takeaway and delivery order packing when required.

✨ Maintain Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Keep dining areas, counters, and service stations clean and organized.
• Clear and sanitize tables promptly.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards consistently.

🤝 Support Team Operations

• Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Refill condiments, utensils, and service supplies.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily preparation duties.

📌 Additional Responsibilities

• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Outlet Manager.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• F&B experience is a bonus, but training will be provided.
