Branch Manager

Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

·           Overall management of outlet’s costs, profits & losses

·           Develop sales target with strategies, monitor sales performance of stalls & mini restaurants, and cost control

·           Sourcing of new tenants & handle new stall set up process

·           Uphold Company’s Rules & Regulations

·           Provide assistance on requests/queries from Tenants, Customers & Cleaners

·           Conductroutine outlet Hygiene Checks and Inventory Checks

·           Maintain good standards of outlet’s overall esthetics (Food/Stall Display)

·           Point-of-contact for external contractors or suppliers

·           Prepare daily and monthly reports on outlet operations

·           Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor

Requirements:

·      Minimum 5 years in &B industry

·     Effective Communication and comfortable speaking in Mandarin

·      Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
