Job Summary

You will prepare Hyderabed Dum Biryani and a variety of North Indian (including all tandoor items) and South Indian dishes, supporting multiple outlets and flexible service modes including dine-in, online, and catering orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Hyderabed Dum Biryani consistently to meet quality and taste standards
• Cook North Indian dishes, including all tandoor items, ensuring authentic flavors and presentation
• Prepare South Indian dishes with attention to traditional recipes and customer satisfaction
• Support operations at multiple outlets as needed to maintain smooth kitchen workflow
• Adapt cooking and preparation methods to efficiently handle dine-in, online orders, and catering requests
• Manage working hours from 8:30 AM to 10:30 PM with a break from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM
• Observe weekly off on either Tuesday or Thursday as scheduled

Required competencies and certifications

• Completion of a basic hygiene course to ensure compliance with food safety standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Minimum experince - 8 years of cooking/catering experience

Other Information

• Salary range: 4,000 to 8,000 SGD monthly
