recharge, and restore physical and mental balance.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth for an integrated wellness and hospitality business in Singapore, focusing on corporate sales, strategic partnerships, and membership development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and pursuing new business and sales opportunities
  • Generating leads through networking, outreach, and market research
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and business partners
  • Conducting sales presentations and product/service introductions
  • Preparing quotations, proposals, and business documents
  • Following up on enquiries and negotiating with potential clients
  • Assisting in achieving company sales and revenue targets
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
  • Coordinating with internal departments to support client needs
  • Attending meetings, networking events, and exhibitions
  • Maintaining accurate sales records and preparing reports
  • Supporting marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness


Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within hospitality, wellness, spa, F&B...

· Proven track record in corporate sales, membership development, and high-value commercial deals.

· Good understanding of the Singapore hospitality and leisure market.

· Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Strategic mindset with solid commercial execution capability.
