BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Description:

Responsible for business expansion and development of new businesses.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to support the Company's long-term growth objectives.
• Identify, evaluate and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and market expansion initiatives.
• Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and potential growth areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, business partners and clients.
• Collaborate with senior management to formulate and implement business growth strategies.
• Monitor business performance and recommend strategies to maximise commercial opportunities.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Fluent Japanese speaker (for communication with directors, senior management and owners)

2. At least 10 years of relevant working experience in strategic business development
