business development manager

SANREN DINING PTE. LTD. is an established Food & Beverage company operating a multi-storey restaurant in Singapore. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to support the company’s business growth, operational excellence and long-term expansion plans.

The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to identify new business opportunities, strengthen the company’s market presence and improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business development strategies to support company growth.

* Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and revenue streams.

* Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, customer preferences and competitors.

* Work closely with restaurant operations to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

* Coordinate marketing and promotional campaigns to strengthen brand awareness.

* Monitor sales performance and prepare business reports for management.

* Assist in budgeting, cost control and business planning.

* Liaise with suppliers, landlords, government agencies and external business partners when required.

* Support future business expansion and new outlet development.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Good organisational and project management skills.

* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

* Fresh graduates with strong leadership potential are welcome to apply.

* Prior experience in business development, operations, marketing or hospitality will be an advantage.

Salary

SGD 5,000 – SGD 8,000 per month

Working Hours

44 hours per week

Monday to Friday (or as required by business operations)
