Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to increase overall business revenue and enhance brand image through diverse marketing strategies
  • Conduct competitive analysis of market trends in Singapore, to Bangladesh and Asia to inform and extend strategic business development initiatives
  • Research business opportunities to drive customer engagement and support successful launches of new products
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry players to promote franchising opportunities and expand brand presence locally and across Asia
  • Monitor competitor developments and recommend strategic adjustments to maintain competitive advantage
  • Build, lead, and manage a team of business development executives to expand network outreach and drive business growth
  • Design, develop, and implement a Customer Loyalty Program utilizing email, SMS, phone (cold-calling), and social media marketing channels to increase customer retention
  • Develop corporate clientele by researching organizations, identifying key decision makers, and negotiating a range of standard and non-standard B2B customer requests
  • Identify, propose, and execute business deals including tender bids, corporate catering orders, and partnerships with event management firms to generate new revenue streams
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of food processing and manufacturing financial costs to support pricing and business decisions
  • Utilize Google AdWords to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns for optimal reach and impact
  • Stay informed on the latest market information to align business strategies with evolving market trends and customer requirements
  • Follow up on quotation requests to facilitate sales growth and conversion
  • Forecast sales targets and implement strategies to achieve or exceed them
  • Engage in up-selling and cross-selling of products and services to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Actively seek and cultivate a network of commissionable introducers to broaden customer base and increase patronage
  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and ceremonies to identify opportunities for operational improvements and business development
