Cashier (Full Time / Part Time)

提供简单易学的标准流程及培训。工作主要包括点单、收款、处理线上外卖订单，以及协助包装和出餐。

工作职责

1. 接待顾客、接受订单并提供友善服务。
2. 操作POS系统，并通过外卖平台设备处理线上订单。
3. 准确处理现金、NETS、信用卡及二维码付款。
4. 在处理顾客订单的时，按照公司简单流程准备调味料。
5. 检查、包装并及时准确地完成堂食、外带及外卖订单。
6. 在繁忙时段与厨房及服务团队配合。
7. 补充调味品及用品，并保持柜台和服务区域清洁。
8. 协助开店、收档及其他简单的门店工作。

任职要求

1. 有餐饮业收银或顾客服务经验者优先，公司将提供培训。
2. 能够学习并按照简单的收银、服务及外卖订单流程工作。
3. 能够准确处理顾客订单、线上外卖订单及付款。
4. 能够在用餐高峰时段高效工作。
5. 待人友善、有责任感、守时并具备团队合作精神。

Simple SOPs and training provided. The role mainly involves taking orders, collecting payments, managing online delivery orders, and helping to pack and serve food.

Job Responsibilities

1. Greet customers, take orders and provide friendly service.
2. Use the POS system and handle online delivery orders through delivery platform devices.
3. Collect cash, NETS, card and QR payments accurately.
4. Prepare simple condiment mixes according to company SOPs while managing customer orders.
5. Check, pack and serve dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders correctly and on time.
6. Work with the kitchen and service team during busy periods.
7. Restock condiments and supplies, and keep the counter and service area clean.
8. Assist with opening, closing and other simple outlet duties.

Job Requirements

1. Cashiering or customer service experience in F&B is preferred.
2. Able to learn and follow simple cashiering, service and delivery order SOPs.
3. Able to handle customer orders, online delivery orders and payments accurately.
4. Able to work efficiently during busy meal periods.
5. Friendly, reliable, punctual and able to work well with the team.
6. Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
