Responsibilities
• Lead daily lineups and team meetings, maintain strong rapport with production staff
• Plan manpower schedules across shifts
• Oversee and lead quality control across production of cakes and pastries
• Manage ISO documentation and SFA compliance with food safety standards
• Drive productivity and efficiency improvements in workflow
• Coordinate with outlets on quality control and stock levels
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks
• Menu development: recipe trials, costing, sampling
• Handle raw material procurement, vendor relationships, wastage tracking
• Train and upskill junior kitchen staff
Qualities
• Energetic, positive presence with leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving instinct
• Organised and detail-oriented
Requirements
• Proficient with using computer, Excel, Word
• 3-5 years in a kitchen management or production role (pastry/bakery)
• Experience managing a team of 10+
• Familiarity with ISO documentation and food safety systems (HACCP or similar)
Work Schedule
Tuesday-Saturday: 8am to 5pm
Rest day - Sunday & Monday
