1. 8-10+ years of experience managing international brands or operating well-known brands;
2. Familiar with local market channels, products, and brand operations;
3. Familiar with the import/export trade industry and a specific overseas market (USA, Europe, Australia);
4. Strong product knowledge in the FMCG industry, with particular expertise in a single category of snack foods;
5. Familiar with overseas market channels and have existing customer resources;
6. Experience in building a team from scratch and operating the market is preferred.
Requirements: Proactive, able to work under pressure, results oriented, self-motivated.
Skills: familiar with international trade processes.
