We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and dedicated Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, leading kitchen operations, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and quality standards.
• Plan and develop menus in collaboration with management.
• Ensure consistency in food taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during food preparation and service.
• Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Inspect and manage food inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Minimize food waste and maintain effective cost control.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and all workstations.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen procedures.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is operated safely and maintained in good working condition.
• Address customer feedback related to food quality and implement improvements when required.
• Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure efficient service and an excellent dining experience.
