Job Summary

You will ensure all food meets high-quality standards and is served promptly while leading kitchen operations, including menu planning, staff coordination, and safety enforcement.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all dishes meet the highest quality standards and are served on time to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Plan menus and design plating presentations to create appealing and consistent dishes
  • Coordinate kitchen staff activities and provide assistance to maintain smooth kitchen operations
  • Hire and train kitchen staff to prepare and cook all menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Conduct stocktaking to manage inventory levels and reduce waste effectively
  • Enforce best practices for kitchen safety to maintain a safe working environment
  • Develop new recipes to introduce fresh and innovative dishes to the menu
