Roasted Duck Deputy Chef Wanted
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Roasted Duck Deputy Chef to join our branch team.
If you have a passion for quality food, strong kitchen skills, and experience in roasted duck preparation, we would love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the head chef in preparing and roasting ducks to high standards
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Support daily kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness
Help manage stock, ingredients, and food preparation
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Train and support junior kitchen staff when needed
Requirements:
Experience in roasted duck or similar kitchen preparation
Good knowledge of roasting techniques, seasoning, and food handling
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsible, hardworking, and a good team player
Able to support the chef and manage duties independently when required
