CHEF DE PARTIE (CDP) — MORSELS

Dempsey Hill, Singapore | Full-Time | 5.5-Day Work Week

At Morsels, we don’t believe in cooking by the book.

We’re a small, independent, chef-driven restaurant where Asian roots meet global influences. Fermentation, preservation, seasonal ingredients, and making things from scratch are part of our everyday kitchen life.

We’re looking for a CDP who takes pride in their craft, can run a section independently, and understands that great cooking requires both creativity and discipline.

YOUR ROLE

1. Run your assigned section and maintain consistency during service.
2. Manage mise en place, food quality, and kitchen organization.
3. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
4. Work closely with the team and contribute to menu R&D.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

1. 2–3 years of professional kitchen experience preferred.
2. Strong culinary fundamentals and attention to detail.
3. Interest in Asian ingredients, fermentation, and contemporary cooking.
4. Initiative, teamwork, and a genuine passion for food.
