We are looking for Chef de Partie (Western Cuisine) to join our team!

As the Chef de Partie (Western Cuisine), you will be responsible for the western kitchen section, ensure food quality and hygiene while supporting daily operations and fostering a collaborative team environment

As the Chef de Partie (Western Cuisine), we rely on you to:

• Ensure standard recipes and food preparation procedures in the Western cuisine section to ensure consistency and quality
• Oversee daily kitchen operations within the Western section to maintain smooth workflow and timely service
• Monitor and maintain the quality and presentation of all food served to meet high culinary standards
• Foster positive and collaborative relationships with team members to enhance kitchen efficiency and morale
• Support the Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen activities and resolving operational issues
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations

We are looking for someone who:

• Demonstrated passion for culinary arts with a focus on Western cuisine
• Experience working in a restaurant specializing in Western cuisine
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with team members and guests
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Commitment to delivering food of the highest quality
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and adapt to new culinary trends
• Shift work is required
