The Chef de Tournant is a versatile and reliable kitchen professional who supports daily operations across multiple stations. This role ensures consistent food quality, hygiene standards, and smooth kitchen operations, while providing coverage and operational support where needed.
1) Support the Head Chef in the daily operations of all F&B outlets, banquets, and events
2) Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards
3) Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, portion control, and hygiene compliance
4) Ensure all food preparation meets regulatory food safety and licensing requirements
5) Monitor stock levels and handle requisition and ordering of ingredients
6) Conduct daily and monthly inventory checks
7) Keep updated on market trends; assist in menu development and standardization of recipes (with photos)
8) Make operational decisions within established guidelines set by Management
9) Rotation & Operational Support
