• Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation.

• Monitor inventory and control food costs.

• Ensure timely and consistent food service.

JobRequirements 任职要求：

• Proven experience as a Chief Cook or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques.

• Good leadership and team management skills.
