Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook Chinese cuisine, including stir-fried dishes and claypot specialties
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Prepare ingredients and maintain kitchen hygiene standards
• Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation
• Support inventory control and kitchen cleanliness
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience as a Chinese Chef
• Proficient in Chinese cooking techniques and wok frying
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work well in a team
• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
