CLASS 3 DRIVER

Job Summary

Drive Class 3 vehicles to transport goods, documents, or passengers safely and on time while maintaining vehicle condition and following safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 3 vehicles (cars, vans, light goods vehicles up to 3,000 kg) safely and responsibly to assigned locations
• Transport goods, documents, or passengers according to delivery schedules
• Load and unload items as required to support delivery operations
• Perform basic vehicle checks including fuel level, tyre condition, lights, and cleanliness to ensure vehicle readiness
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and good working condition through regular upkeep
• Follow traffic laws, company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety regulations to ensure compliance and safety
• Plan and adjust routes efficiently to avoid traffic delays and meet delivery timelines
• Complete delivery records, trip logs, and delivery orders accurately and promptly
• Report any accidents, traffic offences, or vehicle issues immediately to the appropriate personnel

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with Singapore roads and GPS/navigation apps to optimize route planning
• Basic communication skills in English or Mandarin to interact effectively during deliveries
• Clean driving record preferred to demonstrate responsible driving history
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet delivery demands
