CLEANING DEPARTMENT MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of cleaning staff to achieve high performance and service excellence
• Manage stock levels of consumables and spare parts to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Train employees on cleaning procedures and the use of latest cleaning technology to enhance efficiency
• Certify that all cleaning equipment is safe and in good working condition before use
• Oversee escalations and implement performance management plans to address issues promptly
• Supervise cleaning team performance to ensure compliance with company and client standards
• Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks to promote a safe working environment
• Collaborate proactively with clients to resolve site-related issues and maintain satisfaction
• Support continuous staff development to maintain a motivated and highly skilled workforce
• Perform cleaning duties proficiently to meet both company and client quality standards
• Supervise all employee work on assigned sites to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
