CLEANING OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Summary

Lead and motivate a cleaning team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high cleanliness standards. Manage stock, train staff on new cleaning technologies, ensure equipment safety, and coordinate with clients and internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of cleaning staff to achieve high performance and service excellence
• Manage stock levels of consumables and spares to ensure uninterrupted cleaning operations
• Train employees to perform their roles effectively and equip them with necessary skills
• Deploy and instruct staff on the use of the latest cleaning technology, providing supervision as needed
• Certify that all cleaning equipment is safe and maintained in good working condition
• Oversee escalations and manage performance development processes for the cleaning team
• Supervise cleaning team performance to ensure compliance with company and client standards
• Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks to promote a safe working environment
• Collaborate with clients to promptly address and resolve any site-related issues
• Maintain close communication and coordination with the Front Office and other departments
• Support the development of a motivated and highly trained staff focused on cleanliness and service excellence
• Perform cleaning duties proficiently to meet both company and client expectations
• Supervise all employee work on assigned sites to ensure adherence to quality standards
