Operational Management:Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop.
Ensure that the shop is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and arrange for repairs if necessary.
Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service and address any customer complaints or issues promptly.
Ensure all staff members deliver a high level of customer service.
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about menu items.
Staff Supervision:Train, supervise, and schedule coffee shop staff.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.
