Coffee Shop Supervisor

Job Description

Chain coffee shop (Kopitiam) looking for a responsible and experienced Coffee Shop Supervisor to oversee and ensure smooth operations of our coffee shops. The candidate will uphold and maintain service standards, supporting business growth and ensuring smooth running of the operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily coffee shop operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and work performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve service-related issues.
• Assist in sales planning and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain proper records.
• Train and guide staff on service procedures and company policies.

Requirements
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Able to work independently and manage daily outlet operations.

Able to lead a team enhancing team efficiency

Familiarity with inventory control and customer service management.

Must be willing to work during Public Holiday and weekends.
