What You'll Do

1. Learn to prepare ingredients and mise en place under senior chefs' guidance
2. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen
3. Assist with stock rotation, ingredient measuring and portioning
4. Support the team during service to deliver a great dining experience
5. Follow workplace safety procedures and the Staff Code of Conduct

Requirements

1. With or without kitchen experience — training provided
2. Singaporeans/PRs only
3. Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
4. Punctual, responsible, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
